Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Products that have been opened, excessively used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard return procedure.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Adel Scent or a defective product.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
